The Original - The Life and Sad Ending® channel. We all will come to a sad ending. Here I present mini biographies of famous folks who left this world sometimes prematurely. Consider this if you will, it is either morbid or a memorial to ensure their names live on.
I also from time to time post nostalgia and retro themed videos. Thanks for watching and please like and subscribe. Please don't be fooled by the imposters, I am the first and Original!
Yes this was a sad one, this type of cancer spawned an entire industry now of specialized law suits around employers who exposed people to asbestos. Did you mention the Great Escape and I just missed it? That was another good ensemble movie he was in. Thanks again for your content Steve!
That poor man. A preventable death, although not widely understood at the time. Most people don’t realize that if you’ve had selected medical procedures (hip replacement, knee replacement, etc.) you must take an antibiotic before any dental procedure for the rest of your life.
The two-part episode "Valley of the Shadow" is, in my opinion, the greatest episode ever. A man and his dog end up in a remote town in New Mexico where the denizens possessed technology from another planet. This Twilight Zone episode seemed more like an original Outer Limits episode. TZ is replayed on MeTV every night except Saturday but because Valley of the Shadow is one full hour I fear I'll never get to see it again.
One of the greats, All of his movies were enjoyable because of him. Bullet & Great Escape Stand Out I Guess, BUT ALL OTHERS ARE RIGHT THERE !! RIP KOC 🙏🙏🙏
😢 Great actor enjoyed Kim and the Titanic twister.Of course, the movie with Kurt Russell and Sam and Elliot.Sorry that he is gone , but will always be remembered and looking for human pictures
Once Petticoat Junction was mentioned it reminded me of an actress whose life and sad ending I'd like to see done on your site. I speak of Meredith MacRae, who not only starred in Petticoat Junction, but also in My Three Sons. She was only 56.
Glad he found the Lord and had peace in his heart at the end...Loved the film Cincinnati Kid.There is also a great documentary that came out about him. Steve McQueen An American Icon.
I met Brian Keith back in the 1970s when I was the property manager of a small neighborhood of apartments in Waikiki called The Shady Lane Apartments. He parked in frontof my apartment and I noticed him and said Hello! We shared a joint on my porch stoop and I miss him!
McQueen was excellent and very convincing as Battalion Cheif O'Halloran in the Towering Inferno. Great chemistry with Newman. " Now, under the circumstances, we can't order you to go up there, but you see how it is don't ya? " Well how do I get back down?......................... Ohhh sh*t !! 😁
Favorite Steve McQueen movie was "Bullitt". Another film I enjoyed was "Soldier in the Rain" where he played with an impossibly obese Jackie Gleason who stretched the bounds of credibility that the army would allow an active duty sergeant that fat.
