I have a fractured in my back can I do this bridge?

Done. Bridge variations, chest press 5 ponds in each hand ( since I am laying down I cannot feel the weight, is that weight dangerous?), and sit and stand. Total 30 minutes all . I am new to this, so I am not sure what is too much or too little

How are you feeling? 5 pounds (10 total) could be too heavy to start, but since you did not "feel the weight" you are probably strong enough for that. Have you kept it up, daily or every other day?
