When doing the final wrist love exercise I found that tapping the top of my shoulders with the hand dropped to that area while holding the elbow with opposite hand…was really pleasurable and relaxing ( I know, I was meant to be moving my wrist around😉)

Are your pelvic tilts in the beginning osteoporosis safe?

I believe they are safe, and very beneficial for mobility for most of us. Someone at high risk, with previous spinal fractures should seek the advise of a qualified therapist.
