Been doing a lot of research but I don’t see any information on bark. I have an amazing piece but it’s kinda got a flakey bark. It comes off sorta easy. But I worry about not getting it all off. I’m going to try a pressure washer and see if that gets me somewhere. 🤙🏼
So my daughter got 9 goldfish from the fair and I have them all in a 10 gallon tank they seem fine but now watching your videos I think I should get them a bigger tank
At my work there are two abandoned goldfish (unsure what breed but look comet esc) I only have a 20 gallon atm (that I used to keep mice in FYI and need to set up) I'm hoping I get the go ahead to rescue these fish though! I miss Mr,fish (a betta I had for 5 years as a kid) ((if they say no ill fix up where they are living atm and use the tank for a couple snails) Any advice from anyone?
Thank you! So much! I could have, just killed all of my! Gold fish! Because, I have never! takin them out! Of their, tank! and, they are like, five! Years! old! now!!! Lol. Yeah, but anyway! They were just, babies! when I gor, them! The ones, pet! smart, sell as "feeders!" For, other so called fish! So, anyways! Lol. I bought these little fish! and now there flocking huge! I used to have other more exotic fish like huge, ocars! And a shark, and barbs! That I grew! From babies! Lol. But, I decided that they were just to costly! as a hobby! So, I just stick with my ugly gold fish! Sorry, didn't mean to tell you my hole life! Story! But, I already learned more! from your video in two minutes! Then the last one, I just watched! For the last uh, 45.min.! Thanks for sharing! 😂
Sidenote...you are very handsome and adorable. Im a fish lover and happened to run across your channels years ago when seeking info about entral America cichlids
I grew one for 11 years. It got to be 13.47 inches long. Absolute unit until life caught up to it. He was like a brother to me. I won him at a 4th of july fair lol. He lived through hell and back. Was damn near a juggernaut.
Ok so I saw the air pump on top of your tank,I have a turtle but also have fish in the tank so I want to provide air for it,I'm so glad I watched your video, thank you,!
I bought a 2 gourami in community tank with tetra, swordtail, guppies and ghost shrimp. Things are getting a bit stressful in there. Is it the gourami causing it you think?
I have an aggressive KOI that was too young to put in my pond so I put into my 500 galloon tank with my fancy goldfish and 2 of my orandas was massaced by that KOI😫😫
These guys gotta be one the best cichlids. They get big but aren’t aggressive but can hang with some of the bigger more aggressive cichlids. Absolute great fish
I have a orange and black platy that literally shadows my one black skirt tetra. The Tetris tail is frayed so I think maybe the platy or mollies that I have might be nipping his tail? I don't know whether it's fin rot or from another fish. My tank is clean my parameters are all good all the other fish including the Tetris are healthy and eating. I was contemplating maybe removing him and treating him with aquarium salt or something? Any suggestions? I have a 3 and 1/2 gallon tank that I currently have a better end but he will be moving into a 10 gallon tank. Would I be able to use at 3 and 1/2 gallon temporarily while I treat the tetra?
It’ll take 12-15 years for them to even get near a foot long. And they live to be close to 30 of cared for well. I have 5 in a 55 gallon community tank and my oldest one is approaching 6 years old, I got him back in February of 2019
I initially bought this fish for my pond/ cattle trough outside. I brought him inside in the winter because I thought he would die. Actually his friend who I couldn’t catch survived winter. Anyway, I am thinking of putting him outside but the pond wouldn’t be as clean. One thing to note, is that this comet goldfish can live through anything. I have had other exotic goldfish and more weekly maintenance was required. Sadly after about ten yrs my exotic goldfish died. I don’t think anything can kill this comet goldfish.
I got the goldfish now and feel like I need to keep him. If I bring him back to a pet store, he will only be food for koi’s or other fish. My goldfish is now about three inches long.
Disagree! My comet Tico is so happy in his 3 gallon tank. 🐠 He is so fun and always trying to interact with us and we interact back 😁 however my husband always wants to feed him all the time and I can't let him. Tico always acts hungry but he gets dinner at 10 pm daily when I take my BP meds. 👍❤🐠
Bro these are the best pets for SMALL ponds unless they start to grow, say they do and you are really serious about fish keeping put them in a pond with LITTLE koi and 1 or 2 plecos!!!
Yesss! I love platys and they are SO EASY to care for and breed! I had them for a month and two of my females ended up giving birth to a total of 28 fry! I love the so much and definitely suggest getting them ❤
