Jahrelang von Endkunden mit Suggestivfragen bombardiert worden. Nichts ist Anstrengender, als wenn der Kunde zu dir sagt: ,,Würden Sie sagen, dass die Oberfläche genauso aussieht wie auf dem Foto hier, dass ich in Ihrem Laden gemacht habe?" - Streitthema Echtholztisch aus echtem Holz. Die wachsen nun mal nicht alle identisch. Jeder Baum sieht anders aus. Die Kunden wissen das schon, dass jeder Echtholztisch ein Unikat ist, aber 3000€ im Laden auf einem Zettel stehen sehen oder 3000€ zuhause auf der Rechnung ist ein gewaltiger Unterschied. Da muss man sich als Tischler manchmal Dinge anhören und vorwerfen lassen, wofür man den Kunden am liebsten Hausverbot für geben möchte. Suggestivfragen sind eine beliebte Methode, um Preisnachlässe zu bekommen. Der allgemeine Tenor ist nämlich, ich bin durch meinen Beruf sichtbar besser dran als Ihr und kann mir alles erlauben. Suggestivfragen kontert man am besten, indem man den Kunden ganz offen fragt, ob er die Frage so oft neu stellen will, bis er die Antwort bekommt, die er hören will, mit dem gleichzeitigem Angebot, den Tisch wieder mitzunehmen. Am besten klappt das, wenn man die aktuelle Situation minimal schlechter darstellt, als sie eigentlich ist und dem Kunden das als Status Quo vermittelt. Dadurch kann man dann am Ende nämlich nochmal einen positiven Aspekt nennen und der Kunde ist zufriedener. Klappt zu 90%. Man darf aber nicht auf die gleiche Meinung des Kunden kommen, denn dann hat der gewonnen und kann fordern was er will. Gerade mit unerfahrenen Kollegen ist das so ne Sache. Wenn man sich vom Kunden eintüddeln lässt und dann mit dem Vorgesetzten telefonieren muss, gilt quasi je größer das Unternehmen, desto größer die Kulanz. Habe schon nagelneue Kleiderschränke für eigentlich 4k für 2k verkauft gesehen. Einfach nur weil der Kundendienst sich auch am Telefon vom Kunden hat in die Enge treiben lassen. Wir vor Ort Tischler dürfen auch keine Preisnachlässe von 50% geben.
