The rear sight on my saiga 7.62 has no "P" but two notches below "1". I guess the bottom notch is "P" but what does the notch between 1 and P refer to?
People are so ignorant and quick to hate on products, companies are trying to come out with alternatives and expand the Ak market so that way it’s not only a couple brands and the community doesn’t even give them a chance, the quality of the aluminum (6082)is right in between a Mil-Spec ar 15 (6061) and high end (7075) give your positive feedback and let the company do more r&d and develop a product that will be great
I typically say to people that they should get stronger to bear the weight of rifle, but have been dealing with this issue for first time because wife rifle is a bit too heavy for her to carry for extended period of time with accessories. Great info!
If your out chasing accuracy with an AK, you have the wrong rifle.. They are fighting rifles, not paper punchers.. If you can easily hit a human sized target at 200yds, run it and quit trying to make it some sort of bench rifle.. Get off your 50yd range and go shoot it dynamically, then you will see the real amazing design of the AK..
I already did other WBP rifle - it went through the 5k perfectly fine. It was 7.62x39 version. With current prices of 5.45, I don’t see 5k testing happening anytime soon….
"My First AK Rail" ~ be Rob Ski, I'll admit it. 3-years ago, I was afraid to start filing on an expensive rail, just to make it fit my AK pattern rifle. But, like most things, you just gota' dive in head first. There are 3 things that made the job easier and a perfect fit. No... it's not glass, ice, vodka. Quality Vixen file (no taper to width or thickness). Quality Half-round file. Sharpie (to mark high-spots).
There is a RU-vidr who is playing a video of you Rob in which you are training men to shoot while “shooting an AK very close to them” while they are shooting targets. She is painting you in a bad light. (No worries, I know why you doing that, and that is to create a stressful situation for them)
