I love to spend time in nature (especially on the beach) and I have a big heart for animals. I stopped eating meat when I was 6 years old and became a vegan in September 2011.
Going vegan was the best decision in my life. Knowing that I don’t participate in the torture and exploitation of farm animals brought inner peace to myself. I feel much more energized since eating plant-based food, I lost some weight and I cured my cystic acne!

Using beans A WHOLE FOOD, in a dressing, is ABSOLUTE next level, I am so impressed with this, we need to rewrite the curricula and teach kids what to eat at a young age to STAY safe, this way is part of prevention, recipes like this are NO JOKE, take it from a health practitioner, this channel is worthy of great praise. I'M always impressed with every recipe here, but sometimes I should come in and give some due recognition, well done!
I Tried the dressing as a vegan cheese(with vegan cheese ingredients yeast etc), WORKS JUST AS WELL, I even made a Legume "Tofu" and used the dressing as a flavouring, what a versatile recipe!
That's not true. Basically all baking powder brands contain cornstarch which is gluten-free! I just checked 10 different brands on Amazon and all of them are 100% gluten-free.
I tried to do the same but I dont know why after 50 minutes in the oven .The dough came together and thickened on the bottom and was just rising at the top so I dont know may be because of the extra water or the extra psyllium husk.
