So I have a junkyard cluster I’m wanting swap my current one for so that I have a cluster that works with my steering wheel controls I just recently installed. I’ve tested the junkyard one and it works with the controls. My question is, can I just swap the EPROM chip over from my cluster that doesn’t have the options to work with steering wheel controls, to the junkyard cluster that does and it still work? The chip will just carry over my current mileage right? Or since it’s from a non controls cluster then it won’t work right with a control cluster?
I have problem that my rear door and rear windows and boot dont lock/unlock on central, not when i put the key in car or with button. They Just dont work. Wires seem fine as far as i could check

My 2015 370z automatic TCM went out for the second time. So I bought a new one that will be here tomorrow. If I install it without any programming. Will it still kinda work so I can have it programmed at the dealership?
I bought a 2017 Toyota Tacoma from the auction and it was a theft recovery, so there was many parts missing including the ECU immobilizer and of course no key fob, it is a push start with the smart key, so I ordered a used ECU from eBay and I got the immobilizer module and from a local wrecking yard and a smart key fob from a body of mine. Now I installed the ECU the immobilizer and got the key fob present, I followed the steps jumping the pins on the OBII I tried to started and it just cracking but it won't start, I jumped it few more times and is the same problem no start, I even barrow an ANCEl-X6 from a friend and i just can't get it to run. So if there any chance that you can give me a hand with it? I would appreciate it if you do thanks and have a great day
My 2004 Camry will not accelerate. I suspect the throttle body but also when I hook up my scan to the only thing it will read is the temperature and O2 sensor voltage. It will not identify the car or read any codes. Do you think this is my ECM going bad?
I just came across this video...6 years later!? 😄 I can still say it is bang on an easy straight forward tutorial to follow and understand. Wish they had Cudo coins for ya. Would have been happy to throw some coin your way since You saved me $250 from going to the locksmith because my bros workplace has an mk906bt 😊👌
Excellent information, very helpful indeed. Could also make a quick video of all the security sensors locations of the A4 and S4. HOOD< SUNROOF<TRUNK < DOORS and how can you tell which could be bad ?? among our B5 group. car will not start if there is a faulty sensor.... TRUE OR FALSE ????? and thank you
I'm really struggling to get this to work. I have a stack of GM clusters and I can't get a single one of them to do anything. If I connect A12 and B12 to ground and B11 and B9 to +12 it should do something right? Does A6 need to be hooked up for the cluster to just power up?
